This is just a randomly pointless update. Yesterday was fun. Got up around 10:30 and got ready, then the fam n I went to Akron to get the dogs. Brought them home and I spent the day reading HP6 again and playing computer and doing nothing. Softball game @ 6:30 against St. Joe Wiemels. Pretty pathetic. Fun though. There was a giant bee buzzing around our bench in the first and second innings. There were like 6 of them in the outfield (Sarah claims they were as big as her hamster haha) and so Kristen and I spent the game dodging them and not getting stung. Bottom of the third inning (at least I think so) the clouds looked more ominous (I always wanted to use that word in a sentence) than ever and it started raining. Within seconds, it was a downpour. Everyone ran in to the bench to grab all the equipment and whatnot. Me, being a genius, took off my cleats and put my sandals back on, making it mostly impossible to run. So I ran as best as I could (which was little better than walking fast) to my car, which I parked forever away (or so it seemed). Threw my stuff in, and noticed no one else from the team ran to their cars. So I got out again to go see if we were waiting for it to stop, and I saw everyone running. So I went to Friendly's with the fam. Then the rain stopped for awhile, and quite soon became 10 times to downpour that it was at the game.
Ah the joys of rain! It was fun anyway. Wet. It took me almost an hour to dry properly cuz I was very wet.
I must go to work in a half hour...oh boy! Then I'm coming home and hopefully finding something to do outside cuz I'm whiter than white. It's sad. Then softball game tonite again! And tomorrow night, and Thursday night, and Friday night, and Saturday at noon, and then Saturday afternoon (assuming we win all the games, which we will). So its going to be a very softball-y week!
Time for work! Yahoo! (that was a Jon-Lovitz-in-Rat-Race kind of 'yahoo!' As in 'Let's go see David Copperfield! Yahoo!')
